The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast provided a great variety of delicious food. the hotel's location was convenient, close to downtown restaurants and activities. the staff were helpful and efficient throughout our stay.

general friendliness

Misuse of the pool and hot tub . Too much horseplay and ball throwing by youths(8+) and use of hot tub by under aged children . Lack of supervision by staff allowed things to become out of hand to the detriment of other guests staying at the hotel. It certainly was a negative for us which we shall concider in future.

This is a hotel go-to for Yakima! It's ideal base for sightseeing and exploring Yakima. The rooms are updated and quiet, have good-sized bathroom. The beds are great and the staff is wonderfully friendly.

Disappointing breakfast, it should be much better.

The room was cozy and smelled nice. the breakfast was really good. They had a fridge, coffee and tea stuff, and a dining area as usual, but I liked it. 🍳

I needed a room that was clean, comfortable, had internet connection, fair price, at a good location. The Clarion Yakima met everyone of my expectations. When I return to Yakima for business I will stay there.

The staff was terrific, the room was very clean and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay enough to stay an extra night. There was a young man shoveling snow on the walkways and when he found that we did not have a scraper to take care of our car, he went and got his and cleaned off our car for us, then shoveled a walkway to the car for us. We will definitely come back just because of him, the front desk staff and the waitress that took care of us in the restaurant. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

This place is quite clean, the staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious with sausages, and there was plenty of food, making it a very good stay for one night.

I always enjoy staying at this location, all the comforts of home, reasonable pricing and I recently discovered the facility is pet friendly! Now I do t have to leave my pet at he. He can come to Yakima with me!

i love the place its not expensive but we got all the luxury that we can get in big hotels and the staff was really very accomodating ..

The Wheelchair Accessible room had a lovely garden view and included useful amenities like microwave, tea/coffee facilities, and a refrigerator.

The room key cards would not work, replaced twice, apparently the room door lock was not properly coded. Finally, the front desk had to move us to a different room. Very frustrating. The room charge was "comped".

It smelled musty and old. Looked dirty. Water stains on the ceiling. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Old mattress. Paint chipped on furniture. Needs serious remodeling. No water pressure in the shower at times.

The location here is great, close to outdoor activities, shops, and downtown restaurants; the staff is helpful and efficient, and I had a really good stay.

The evening receptionist was amazing and very customer service oriented. I enjoyed my stay and will be back.
